Security Forces Provided Assistance for Flood Affected People in Jaffna

Troops of Security Forces Jaffna provided assistance for people who were displaced due to adverse weather conditions prevailed during the last few days in Jaffna. In response to the situation, troops in Jaffna provided 500 dinner packets and 2000 liters of drinking water for the displaced families in GN divisions of J/109 (Settiyarthottam), J/110 (Thiruneweli) and J/110 (Paravakulam) on 11 November 2017. Similarly, Palali Army Base Hospital conducted a Medical Camp to address the health issues of affected communities in J/109 (Settiyarthottam) and treated 56 patients.
